Founded by Muhammed Sha and Nayana Sasi, CT Media and Critical Times were built from a shared passion for media, storytelling, and journalism. Beginning their careers as employees, they gained valuable industry experience and transformed their long-standing dream into reality by establishing their own media organization.

CT Media started its journey with a strong social initiative by organizing the Excellence Award for 10th (SSLC) students. Through this program, the company honored and encouraged academic achievers by awarding 270 students with medals and trophies. This award program has now become a seasonal event and an important part of the company’s mission to support education and youth development.
